I get to look at the data and make a decision about the risk, BUT you don't get to......OR Rules for you, but not for me.
Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney apologizes.... "I felt the risk was low," Soooo, Mayor Kenney gets to choose his personal level of risk, but the residents of Philadelphia do not get the opportunity to make their own risk assessment. This is how it should be....give people the information and allow them to decide their personal risk level.
